The Bart Lust Quintet is well known for its highly energetic modal Jazz. Memorable for their solid horn parts, Bart’s Trombone and Tom Beek’s tenor sax are backed up by an amazing rhythm section. For his forthcoming release titled ‘Make Me An Offer’ Bart uses the same ingredients but there is always a lot of adventure in his compositions. The new album contains some new stylish compositions as well as some reworks of great jazz classics.
